Aboard a small yacht-style boat, we will set sail from Ushuaia’s tourist pier to enjoy an intimate and panoramic navigation along the legendary Beagle Channel, a setting of ancient voyages and legendary shipwrecks. From Ushuaia Bay, we’ll enjoy unique views of the cityscape nestled at the foot of the Andes Mountains as we cross the Paso Chico and head into the channel’s waters.
The tour includes birdwatching on Bird Island —home to skuas, steamer ducks, and seagulls— and sea lion spotting on Sea Lion Island, both part of the Bridges Archipelago. We will approach the iconic Les Éclaireurs lighthouse, surrounded by colonies of cormorants.
Upon returning on board, you’ll enjoy a special courtesy: a hot coffee to accompany the final views of the Fuegian landscapes and end the experience with a warm touch in this majestic setting. A serene journey, full of history, wildlife, and unforgettable scenery.
Due to changing weather conditions and the possibility of rain, we recommend dressing in layers, also known as “onion-style” clothing. This way, you can remove layers when you feel warm.
