The excursion begins with departure from your accommodation in the city, heading out on a scenic drive along National Route 3, which leads into the heart of the Andes Mountains. Along the way, lenga and coihue forests accompany the ascent to the Garibaldi Pass viewpoint, the highest point of the route, from where you can enjoy one of Tierra del Fuego’s most breathtaking views: the shimmering waters of Escondido and Fagnano Lakes framed by mountains.
From there, the adventure takes a different turn: we venture into an off-road circuit that crosses muddy trails, forested areas, and barely traveled tracks accessible only with specially equipped vehicles. Each stretch of the journey reveals the island’s wild essence, blending the adrenaline of 4×4 driving with the serenity of a unique natural setting.
The journey leads us to the shores of the impressive Lago Fagnano, one of the largest in Patagonia, marking the transition between the Andes and the Fuegian steppe. Here, passengers will have time to enjoy the tranquility of the landscape, admire the reflection of the mountains in its waters, and be captivated by the colors of the Fuegian sunset, which paint the horizon in golden and pink tones.
The experience culminates with a warm gastronomic gathering inside a heated dome, where a regional dinner specially prepared for this occasion awaits. Patagonian flavors paired with local wines and beverages make this finale an unforgettable moment, combining nature, adventure, and hospitality.
At the end, we begin the return to Ushuaia, carrying with us the memory of a unique day, full of emotions and landscapes.
