Season: May to June
Join us for a unique experience that blends nature, navigation, and wildlife at the southernmost tip of the continent. We depart from Ushuaia along National Route Nº3, taking in breathtaking scenery: the winding Olivia River, the Tierra Mayor Valley, and the majestic Fuegian Andes accompany us on this unforgettable journey.
Upon reaching Route J, we follow a scenic road along the Lasifashaj River, crossing mountains, peat bogs, and forests of lenga and ñire trees—an untouched natural setting that invites you to disconnect and take it all in.
Our next stop is Puerto Almanza, a charming coastal village where we’ll board a small boat for up to 22 passengers. We’ll navigate the legendary Beagle Channel toward Martillo Island, home to the charming Gentoo penguins. For about 30 minutes, we’ll observe them up close along the shore, in their natural habitat and without disturbing their space.
Upon returning to Puerto Almanza, we’ll take a well-deserved break to rest and recharge before heading back to Ushuaia.
An unforgettable day at the End of the World, surrounded by mountains, forests, sea, and Patagonian wildlife.

Given the unpredictable weather and chance of rain, we recommend dressing in layers—like an onion—so you can adjust your clothing as needed throughout the day.
For trekking and adventure excursions, it’s essential to wear:
Warm clothing suitable for outdoor conditions
Waterproof trekking boots (mandatory to participate)
Waterproof outerwear, ideally rented in the city if needed
Staying dry and warm ensures you can fully enjoy the experience in comfort and safety.
Ushuaia is known for its cold and windy climate year-round, with an average temperature of 6°C (43°F). Weather conditions can shift quickly—even within the same day, you might experience sunshine, rain, and snow. It’s essential to dress in layers and be prepared for sudden changes.
No, unfortunately pets are not allowed on our excursions. We appreciate your understanding.
For this excursion, you’ll need to go directly to the pier. After you complete your reservation, we’ll contact you and send a map with the exact meeting location.
The idea of being at the End of the World is to disconnect a little from everything. Our vehicles are equipped with Wi-Fi, but once we leave the city and head out on the road, there’s no mobile signal or data coverage. It’s the perfect chance to enjoy the moment—offline.
Yes, the excursion includes an afternoon snack.
