Due to the changing weather and the possibility of rain, we recommend dressing in layers—like an onion—so you can adjust your clothing throughout the day. For trekking and adventure excursions, it’s essential to stay warm and wear the right gear: waterproof trekking clothes and boots are MANDATORY in order to participate in the activity.
Wind and cold prevail throughout the year, with an average temperature of 6°C (43°F). The weather is highly variable—within a single day, you might experience sunshine, rain, and even snow.
The trek to Laguna Esmeralda is of moderate difficulty. You’ll walk for approximately 4 hours in total—2 hours to reach the lagoon and 2 hours to return. The terrain is mostly flat, except for the final stretch, which includes a small hill.
We recommend this excursion for participants aged 12 and older.
Part of the magic of being at the End of the World is disconnecting for a while. Our vehicles are equipped with Wi-Fi, but once we leave the city and head into remote areas, there’s no cell signal or mobile data coverage.
Our delicious box lunches are designed to keep your energy up during the trek. They include: a sandwich, something sweet to recharge your strength
Cruise ship gate. Once a purchase is made, we contact all passengers via WhatsApp to reconfirm the schedule and meeting point.
